Eltra MG provides a professional service of laser alignment of electric motors and the driven machine (pumps, reducers, fans, compressors and other drive units), with the aim of ensuring optimal operation and a long service life of the equipment.
Laser alignment is the most precise method of shaft alignment, by which axial and radial deviations between the electric motor and the driven machine are eliminated.
Description of the service
The laser alignment service comprises:
- Precise measurement of the coaxiality and parallelism of the shafts using laser technology
- Analysis of the existing deviations and calculation of correction values
- Adjustment of the position of the electric motor or driven machine to the specified tolerances
- Control measurement after correction and documentation of the results
We perform laser alignment in our own workshop and on site, including work in demanding industrial conditions.
